We are partnering with a NSW Government organisation to recruit an experienced Workforce Transition Advisor / HRBP to support a significant workforce transition program.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, Workforce Transition Specialist or Change HR professional who has worked on workforce restructures, redeployment programs, organisational redesign or employee transition initiatives within large and complex organisations.
Working closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting workforce transition outcomes, managing redeployment activities and helping employees secure suitable opportunities across the organisation.
- Provide advice and support to employees and leaders throughout redeployment and workforce transition processes
- Partner with managers to identify transition risks and develop practical workforce solutions
- Assess employee skills and experience to facilitate suitable role matching opportunities
- Coordinate priority assessments, redeployment activities and workforce mobility initiatives
- Deliver information sessions and briefings relating to workforce change programs
- Maintain accurate data, reporting and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve positive workforce outcomes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transition processes and frameworks
About You
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, People Partner or Workforce Transition professional
- Demonstrated involvement in workforce restructures, redeployment programs, organisational change or workforce planning initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting leaders and employees through periods of organisational change
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working within large, matrixed or public sector environments will be highly regarded
- Temp role until 30 September 2026
- $500-$650 per day + Super
- Sydney CBD location
