A large education provider is seeking an experienced Workforce Development professional to support the delivery of organisation-wide learning, development and employee engagement initiatives. Your new role

  • Design, develop and facilitate professional development programs, workshops and workforce capability initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored workforce development solutions
  • Support the delivery of employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives and organisational development activities
  • Coordinate induction programs and facilitate learning activities that enhance employee capability and the onboarding experience
  • Lead the planning and delivery of key employee events, including conferences, awards programs and recognition initiatives
  • Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations to support workforce development, engagement and capability outcomes
  • Support performance and development processes through coaching, training and stakeholder engagement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programs within a complex organisation
  • Strong facilitation skills with knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience delivering employee engagement, recognition, organisational development or workforce capability initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation development
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations
  • Experience managing projects and delivering outcomes in dynamic or fast-paced environments
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Change Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded
