Position Summary
Working within a broader TA team you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within this organisation. Supporting this team on a 6-month temp basis, the ideal start date is the week of 16th Feb, please consider this within your application. Located in South-East Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end recruitment including but not limited to:
- Posting advertisements, screening candidates, shortlisting, elements of onboarding
- Stakeholder and candidate management
- Advising line managers in regards to the recruitment process
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Agency experience and internal recruitment coordination is ideal
- Ability to work independently within a tight-knit team
- Ability to work on positions in multiple business verticals
