We're partnering with a well‑established organisation to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 3-6 month contract, starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and social team, with approachable senior leadership and a genuinely supportive culture.
The role
Reporting into the TA Manager, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, supporting hiring for roles ranging from frontline staff and teachers through to manager‑level positions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment, from job brief to offer
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative advice
- Supporting administrative aspects of recruitment, including documentation and reporting
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and ensuring process compliance
- Navigating complex recruitment processes and timelines with resilience and attention to detail
About you
- Proven experience in an end‑to‑end TA role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage structured recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting across a range of levels (frontline to management)
- Experience within the education sector highly desirable
