An experienced recruiter is required by this mining house based in West Perth for 4 Weeks.
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced recruiter to join their small team, supporting for a four-week period.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a predominantly blue collar portfolio.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Advertising and other search and selection strategies
- Pre-screening
- Interviewing
- Shortlisting
- Supporting compliance for onboarding
This is a short-term temporary contract to commence immediately for a four-week period.
