Immediately available, experienced recruiter is required for an end-to-end blue & white collar in Perth CBD.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, immediately available Recruitment Advisor to join a well-established mining organisation on a six-month temporary contract. Supporting a busy operational environment, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of corporate and site-based positions, partnering closely with leaders to attract and secure high-calibre talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Screen, shortlist and interview candidates across a variety of disciplines.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within SuccessFactors.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to key stakeholders.
Experience required:
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the mining, resources or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
