A Tasmanian organisation is seeking an experienced People and Culture Specialist to join their team.
Your new company
This organisation is a well-established and values-driven employer with a strong focus on people, performance and continuous improvement. They are currently undergoing a period of change and growth and are seeking an experienced P&C Analyst to join their team on a six month contract to provide analytical expertise and support evidence based decision making across the people function.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality workforce insights and reporting. You will analyse people data across areas such as workforce planning, remuneration, engagement, diversity and capability, and translate this data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. This role will see you working closely with HR business partners and key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, improve reporting capability and ensure data integrity across P&C systems. You will also contribute to the development of dashboards and reports, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and continuous improvement.
