Organisational Design specialist is required for a 12-month contract based South of the River.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping organisational structures, operating models and workforce design within a complex, project-driven environment.
Reporting to the Organisation Design Manager, you will partner with business leaders, Finance, Change and People & Culture stakeholders to deliver organisational design initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, capability, governance and workforce efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Analyse organisational structures, workforce data and operating models to develop evidence-based design options.
- Translate approved design decisions into practical, implementation-ready solutions.
- Conduct organisational diagnostics and workforce analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop organisational design options, operating model components and governance frameworks.
- Analyse spans and layers, workforce costs, capability requirements and structural effectiveness.
- Create organisational design artefacts including organisation charts, capability maps, service models and position descriptions.
- Support implementation readiness by translating design decisions into practical structures and ways of working.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.
To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have recent experience as an organisational design specialist. This expertise will be coupled with strong workforce planning, HR, business transformation or operating model development. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret organisational and workforce data. You will have previously experienced developing organisational structures, governance frameworks, job design and operating model artefacts. Prior working knowledge of organisational design tools, such as OrgVue or similar will be highly regarded.
