Your new role

As a leader within the organisation, you'll be hands-on, influential, and at the heart of capability-building across the business.
- Lead, inspire, and support a dynamic L&D team
- Champion the ongoing rollout and optimisation of the Learning Management System
- Take ownership as the go-to escalation point for all training & LMS queries
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to craft engaging, modern training content
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding, and development programs that people actually enjoy
- Provide insights, reporting and data that help shape the learning strategy
- Drive smarter processes, better systems, and continuous improvement across L&D

What you'll need to succeed
You're someone who brings energy, curiosity, and genuine passion for developing people. You'll also have:
- Leadership experience within an L&D or training setting
- At least 4 years in Learning & Development (instructional design included!)
- Strong facilitation skills, face to face or virtual
- Solid LMS experience and confidence managing workflows & user records
- Experience building eLearning using modern authoring tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder building capability
- Relevant qualification
Bonus points if you've worked with Articulate, Camtasia, the VET sector, HR teams, or have industry knowledge - but it's not essential.
