The Company

An established NFP organisation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to step into a hands on role supporting the learning function during a period of transition. This is a great opportunity for an L&D professional who enjoys being operational, system focused and closely connected to the business.

Your new role
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in managing day to day learning operations and ensuring continuity of training delivery across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and administering the LMS (Lipmos), including onboarding new starters, processing terminations and system updates
  • Monitoring the learning inbox and responding to training queries
  • Producing monthly compliance and learning reports
  • Supporting improvements to current learning processes, including working with manual spreadsheets and assisting with system reviews
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants as the organisation reviews its long term L&D framework
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR or Training Advisor role
  • Strong LMS administration experience (Lipmos experience beneficial, but not essential)
  • Confident working in a fast paced, compliance driven environment
  • High attention to detail with strong reporting and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with broader P&C teams
