Job Title: HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner
Location: North Sydney, this role is full-time in the office
Daily Rate: up to $600 + Super
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential to transition to permanent
Start: ASAP
We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner with strong expertise in Employee Relations and Enterprise Agreements to join a collaborative team supporting key projects and driving policy improvements.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll join a small but dedicated HR team including one administrator and one coordinator. They are looking to onboard someone immediately to ensure continuity and progress on critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ER matters across the business
- Provide expert guidance on Enterprise Agreements
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
- Strong policy development and review skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
- A collaborative mindset and proactive approach
