Your new company

Hays works with Queensland organisations that need short-term support across HR administration, recruitment coordination, WHS support, and training administration. Assignments range from a few weeks to a few months. Roles are based across public and private sector teams.

Your new role

You support core HR, WHS, or recruitment tasks during peak periods, leave coverage, or project activity. Work may include:

• Processing onboarding, compliance checks, contracts, and employee records
• Managing candidate communication, screening, scheduling, and system updates
• Maintaining HRIS or ATS data and reporting
• Supporting WHS administration, including incident logging, training records, and compliance updates
• Assisting training and development teams with scheduling, enrolments, reporting, and learning system updates
• Providing coordination support across HR, recruitment, WHS, or learning teams
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment support, WHS administration, or training coordination
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Confidence using HR, WHS, or learning systems
• Ability to start quickly and manage busy workloads
