We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our client on a 4 month temporary contract for a $75,000 package salary equivalent in Melbourne CBD. Our client is an ASX listed world-class FMCG company.

About you

You are ready to hit the ground running with this newly created HR Coordinator position. You will enjoy working in an ever-changing environment and will be able to manage competing priorities across the business. As the HR Coordinator, you will provide quality HR service to the business, delivering efficient, effective and consistent HR information and administration to your client group.

Key responsibilities

• Generation of contracts & letters of employment
• Support various annual programs, projects and HR initiatives
• Maintain the shared inbox, ensuring enquiries/requests are responded to in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Systems administration - Manage and continuously improve Intranet content, support upgrades of Oracle HCM
• Proactively identify and implement initiatives that continually improve the HR Services processes
• Support and facilitate operational processes for the annual performance and career and development

Qualifications, Skills and experience

• HR, Business, Behavioural Science or related degree or diploma is preferred
• Knowledge of HR processes and general HR policy and procedures
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarisation with Australian employment law and industrial relations
• Oracle and shared service environment experience will get you this job
• Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
