Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in HR administration or a busy administrative environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Experience supporting onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR systems
- High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in document preparation and formatting
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond to HR enquiries professionally
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Desirable: Experience in community services, disability, or aged care sectors, and familiarity with HR systems.
