We are seeking an experienced Career Transition Consultant to support employees through organisational change within a large, complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in people‑focused work, can manage sensitive matters with discretion, and is confident navigating redeployment, transition, and redundancy processes.
About the Role
You will guide and coach employees impacted by organisational change, helping them navigate redeployment pathways and access the right resources. This includes coordinating skills assessments, supporting job‑seeking activities, delivering information sessions, and ensuring all processes align with policy and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees through redeployment, transition, and redundancy processes
- Identify suitable job matches and coordinate relevant assessments
- Provide guidance on resumes, applications, interview preparation and career planning
- Facilitate briefings and information sessions in change‑affected areas
- Maintain data, reporting and compliance activities
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to enable smooth transitions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or change management within a large organisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of discretion, empathy and professionalism
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities
Role Details
- Contract until: End of September 2026
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Rate: $500-$650 per day + Super
- Hours: Full‑time
- Start: ASAP
