Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resources Business Analyst to contribute to a strategic recruitment transformation initiative. This project aims to modernise, streamline, and automate the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, with a focus on reducing administrative burden, improving decision-making speed and quality, and enhancing consistency across recruitment activities.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping a scalable and compliant recruitment framework supported by smart automation and workflow tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving meaningful change in HR systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within HR or the public sector
- Strong capability in designing and refining HR processes, with a focus on automation and technology integration
- Familiarity with platforms such as Springboard or PowerApps to support workflow automation and candidate communications
- A solid understanding of recruitment and selection practices, candidate experience, and compliance requirements
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, including HR teams, employment delegates, and business support units
- Prior experience working within government environments will be highly regarded.
